(1) Loader Flow

Dual-reel feed → fiber end detection → dual scan → front AOI

→ reverse AOI → laser NG cut & dust blow → L-buffer → to molding machine

(2) Splice Flow

Fiber detect reel A end → Z-axis switch to reel B → laser cut ends →

coaxial vision compensation → laser splice → scan & AOI check → qualified into buffer

(3) Unloader Flow

Molded buffer → dual scan → dual AOI defect check → laser NG cut →

auto laser cut at set count → Z-axis dual-reel auto wind → synchronous tape collection
